During a lengthy relationship, after a baby, an illness, or just being worn out from long working hours, you may find your relationship lacking in the bedroom. Low sex drive is a common occurrence in many households and affects both men and women. Despite the struggles a long-term marriage may have worked through, nothing feels as rejecting or neglectful as a hot relationship growing cold.
For those of you out there going through this very issue, there is hope. There are many things you, alone or with your partner, can do to bring the magic back into your home. 
Meditate
Whatever you decide to call it, meditation, prayer, or anything else, spending quiet time reflecting on what happened to change you from the fun-loving person you used to be can be a great way to begin the process of turning things around. Once you pinpoint when the change in libido occurred, you can then take the steps to reverse it. To do that can also begin with mediation or visualizations. Concentrating on how you would like to see yourself interact with your lover can be very powerful medicine.
For those that choose to practice alternative religions, such as Wiccan, a few more options exist that while good for everyone, may be more easily accomplished by you. You can do a ritual of sorts and write on a piece of paper the problem with your sex drive and on a second, what you would prefer your sex drive to be. Burn the first in the type of ceremony attractive to you. Fold the second gently, neatly, tie with a ribbon, and place in a location that is safe and near your meditation site, or altar. Read and concentrate on that phrase or sentence at least once daily during another ritual or ceremony.
Work Out
Start or adjust your exercise routine. Too much strenuous and too little exercise has in common a lowering of hormones that can negatively affect sex drive. Balancing exercise with a nutrient rich diet can make a world of difference.  Exercise for those not currently as active as he or she could be releases endorphins, or feel good chemicals, that can also improve our level of sexual desire. 
Practice
Sometimes simply having sex can kick start our sex drives back to a normal level. Occasionally we get so busy with our lives sex simply slips our mind. Perhaps there is a rut, and boredom is the cause. Coming up with new and exciting ideas, or simply doing something not practiced for a while can rekindle what used to be there.
Herbs
If none of the above seems to fit the problem or be the solution, you can try some mild herbs that balance hormones or increase testosterone. These are best done under the advice of a qualified herbalist though they are sold over the counter at many local stores. Some herbs to try that are gender neutral include Ginseng (all varieties) and Ginkgo.
